ORGANIZATIONAL PEP is designed for both managers and administrative staff. One-on-one coaching supports the participants in their implementation of the PEP principles and organizational systems.
ORGANIZATIONAL PEP is a two-day Program which includes one-on-one coaching and a group meeting on both days.
