EXECUTIVE PEP
EXECUTIVE PEP is custom designed for the senior executive whose schedule does not allow time to participate in a group-type PEP Program. In addition to the EXECUTIVE PEP format, the Program addresses specific issues of interest to the executive.
The Program is completely one-on-one (the executive's assistant should be included in a portion of the Program) and spans either two full days or four half-days.
Participation in EXECUTIVE PEP is on an individual basis.
Time Line:
Option A: Full Days DAY I>----- (two-three weeks later) DAY II
Option B: Half Days DAY I>-----(2 weeks) DAY II>-----(4 weeks)
DAY III>-----(six weeks later) DAY IV
